Hello Head Postmaster,

I appreciate your services and would want to bring to your notice some improvements possible.

I reside in Raintree Park also known as Malaysian Township, KPHB Phase 14 in Block 25, Flat 401.

1. The Post woman 21 who comes to our block is little negligent and gives all important speedposts / Courier to the Block Security Guard instead of giving to the respective tenants or addressed reciepients of the speedpost. She should give it in the house when the resident is in there.

2. She demands money for any post that has to be delivered. Its ok for some festivals like dasara mamulu etc.

I would seek your help in lettting them know if this can be corrected.
