dear sir,

I am regular user of your connection since 2004 and paying regular bills without late but i am very sorry to say that your staff is not cooperative they are just giving silly exceuses form last month they dont have any concern with our porblem, no of time i have requesed many time to ms. swati and mr naveen in dehradun branch (U.K), but they have least bother about our problem so you can understand how a customer can be regular with your connection so its my humble request to you please solve our problem as early as you can. hope you will understand our prblem
