Delay in services always

I am regular customer of Kusal Indane. Kusal Indane is not providing us gas properly, while it is being seen that black marketing of gas is done by tempo carreying gases in colony. He is not supply gas in proper time. I want to know what is system of gas booking and delavery time table.
