Delay in services always

We are regular customer of Indane gas, but in jharkhand, jamshedpur, vidyapati nagar, Kusal Indane is not providing us gas properly, while it is being seen that black marketing of gas is done by tempo carreying gases, and whenever we go for booking, they tell that there is no stok of gases and will provide after 15 days, this become the slogan of this service.

secondly, due to mistake or whatever, once i had booked the cylinder, but they didnt deliver, when i went to them, they told that you had not booked your cylinder, so its always a fear of delay in this region of services.
