Poor resonce of handfree &service centre at panipat haryana

I have purchaged SUMSUNG L700 MOBILE from FRIENDS COMMUNICATION ASSANDH ROAD PANIPAT HARYANA IME NO. 358224020587766 S/N-3QC272481 BILL NO.603 DATED 02/04 thre was problem in hands free speaker (sound reptur"s while playing songs) i go to the sumsung cusomer serivice centre model town panipat after taking time they replaced this one with new one but with new hands free i face with new problem that the FM radio is not comining (the lead of hands free was too sort in comparision with old one) till now i have not got solution from the service centre
