About correction of father's name

Dear sir

My name is Amit pandey, and pancard no. is AYGPP9186J and my father's name is priyavrat nirmalendu pandey but printed name is priyavraj nirmalendu pandey, so it does not match to my election id, so it is not perfect for me, because i cann't apply any where so it is use less... what can i do for correcton of my father's name... kindly please suggest me to correct the name.
