Ladies formal purse

I purchased a formal ladies purse from Sreeleathers and after just using it a couple of times it lost one of its screw that supports it to carry along.

I gave it to the repairing department with being assured that it can be collected within a month after I get a call from them.

When I didn't receive any call from them for one and a half month I do called up.but I was not able to find he reference number so I requested them to search the bag based on the date when I submitted it for repair.

after 5-6 call, they were able to find the purse and asked me to collect the same. (19-Mar)

To my surprise, when I look at the purse, it was in a condition to be thrown away. It must have been handled very badly and additionally the smalls screws were replaced with big bad nails sort of thing. moreover two nails were just fitted in the middle of the purse making it extremely ugly.

Inspite of this, the salesman was tryong to justify that it is in the exact shape I gave to them.

when other salesmans/customers supported my point, he again came back afet half hr with the solution that the pusrse now will be resend to calcutta for repair :(

When I asked for the replacement, the salesperson as well as the manager simply refused to hear anything.

Now once again I've been asked to wait for their call and I am expecting something similar to be happened again.

Still the guy is saying "Madam TRUST ME"
