Regarding refund

I had book a plot of 100 sq yds in the project name drona city.company name was Lakshmi vatika limited. I paid rs 51000/- for book a plot now every one knows this company is fraud. This company gives me a post dated cheque but due to insufficent fund it could not be clear. I lodge a case in patiala house. This case is still running now what should i have to do plz guide me.when can i get money plz sort out my problem or should i forget money.
