Agarding refund

I had book a plot of 100 sq yds in the project name drona city in the name of Meenakshi Gupta my receipt no is 1611.The company name was Lakshmi vatika limited. I paid rs 91000/- for book a plot now every one knows this company is fraud.when can i get money plz sort out my problem or should i forget money. I have lodge my complaint with Economic offence wing also. Plz help us as soon as possible.
