Refund

Dear Sir,

i have booked 2 plot of 100 sq. yd.by investing my hardcore money of Rs. 51000/- each (Rs. 102, 000) in Dehradun Project "Drona City" of Lakshmi Vatika Limited. When i came to know that the company have noting in dehradun, i have applied for Refund. The said company issued me the Cheques against my refund application. But bothe the Cheques was Bounced. I have launced the complaint against the said company in Cannought Place Police Station and EOW in delhi.

But there is no response from our prestiges police and Econimic offence Branch. Even when we asked them about the case they only said we are in process but there is no result from past 1.5 years.

Please do the needful and suggest.
