Refund of my deposit

I had booked a plot of 100 yards in Dehradun for which I paid Rs 91, 000/- . I wanted to receive my money back as someone told me the company is fraud.

When i sent registered letter to company's office in B.k. Road Delhi, The letter came back stating that office was closed for past a month

i have also lodged a complaint with Delhi Police, Economic Offence Wing. However, not heard anything from them.

What Should I do Now??
