DDA flat AG-1 146 D, VIKAS PURI, NEW DELHI is being extended to fifth floor that is E has been constructed which is totally illegal and if any of the other residences of that building needs to check the water tank on the terrace they cannot check it, as the way is blocked, first they have to enter through their house and then they can reach to the water tank. This creates lot of trouble to the other building members. please kindly solve this problem.
