Service message charges

I have been messaged by you that an amount of Rs.30/- is debited to my prepaid account

being service message sent by you. Who asked you to send service messages. When

we do not require service messages, you sent yourself as your promotional messages and

charges to your customers without asking them. So I request you to reverse these charges

to my prepaid a/c immediately otherwise I shall go to Consumer Court for your such things.
