Not working

I purchased a ac co.ogeneral dealer-durga spares moradabad dated on 16-05.but not working proper from starting, i complaint again n again but not response, ultimately before 2 days unit released bed smell n burned. i again complained telephonic, but dealer attitute was so bad, now my kids are suffering from hot tempreture.
