Not reciving bill from one yea

Dear sir/mam,

my telephone no: is 01732-265015. my complaint for bill receiving, I have not reciving my telephone bill from last one year, so i have faceing some problem for bill regarding like duplicate ph. bill isuue from tele exchange, two time my telephone connection was disconnected because of bsnl department.

please solve my problem and time to time send my bill, By which i can deposit the telephone bill properly.
