My landline has been always dead from last month, sometimes there is alot of problem in voice celerity. I have given compliant in help line number (198 & 12727). But no body can chk at my home and i will complain 3 times in a month. My telephone set & cable not change from last 7 year. Pls change it. I am facing many problems due to this. Pls solve my prblm.
