Problems in billing

I am Narayan Murty and my landline no is 07122590995 and i am having problems in billing. This is my first bill in which broadband charges have been applied. My broadband plan is home plan unlimited chargeabale at Rs 750pm/- only if i consider the installation charges as Rs 250/- then the broadband bill should not exceed than Rs 1000/-. I want to know that why I'm told to pay Rs 1250/- as my broadband bill pls clarify.
