Telephone dead from 8 months

Dear Sir,

Our telephone connection has been dead w.e.f Jan 4. Numerous complaints written in this matter has fallen to deaf ears. The complaint started after the telephone lines were disrupted due to expansion of the Bangalore-Tumkur Highway.

Most of my neighbours who were in the same boat have given up and disconnected your service.

Do let us know if there is any ray of hope
