Awaiting for advance refund

My telepphone no was 044-26800314 and I have disconnected my phone and have surrendered back all the necessary intruments and all. I have also got Req Ref no:81306624 Prov An No:82320413 Dtd:23/jun. Though I have closed and done my formalities I am still awaiting for my advance refund. I was enquiring about my advance refund yesterday (22/10) with Ambattur telephone exchange, they say's they couldnot locate the refferal number and are asking us to come again to do the same formalities. I strongly believe that a professional organization should not behave this way. We are not job less people to come and visit your office now and then just to get a refund amount which is supposed to be paid on time. When your company disconnect the lines if the bill's are paid on time the same should be followed in reciprocal way for refund's as well.

I belive atleast now I will get a proper response from your end if not i will never ever think of coming back to you for my future requirement's.
