Delay in service and nonsense talk of customer care

Dear mam/sir

i am sandeep sharma and i have submitt my laptop in hp service centre at okhla on 6th of this may

they said that i can get it back just after two or three days

but i have not received till today

sometime customer service phone is switched off or if any one is available then give the answer that you can get your product after one day but still it is in pending

no services is provided. i cant get the right status that when it will be received.

plz do the needful action otherwise i will send a copy to consumer court.
