Being a citizen of delhi i want to informe you about continous theft of electricity by a house add- h. no. - 14072 bhagwan pur khera delhi-110032. their meter has been cut already due to not payment of bill but they are still using ec. if you do not take stirct steps againts them, i will have to go higher athourty.
