I bought a pack of 80g classic salted potato chips of Lays worth Rs 20/=. I won a Free Rs 5.00 pack of Lays or uncle chipps. But the retailer (Donald shop at IMT Ghaziabad) refused to give me any free pack of chips syaing that it was not given to them by teh company.
what can be done about it?
