This has the reference to our previous mail & the complaint no.44214 given by you we would like to draw your kind attention that till date our complaint is neither attended nor rectified despite of several commitment from you as well as dealer side. After calling to dealer they answered in such a absurd manner that now we will not entertain your complaint and you go directly to the company. We have already filed a suit againt the dealer in consumer forum and if our complaint is not entertained & rectified within 24 hours we will file a suit against your company as well..Please do the needful at the earliest.

An early action will be highly appreciated.
