Lee Cooper shoe
Sole has come off

I had purchased a Lee Cooper shoe from Nirmal Lifestyle -Shoppers Stop and the shoe has been worn 2-3 times and the sole has come off. I had approached the Shoppers stop staff and they have said that it was bought 2 yrs ago (which i am not sure of) and have refused to help me out with it. If you can sort this for me it would be of great help, or else by word of mouth I will have to tell people not to patronize your brand nor shoppers stop. In the past also I have faced the same problem with your brand but the shoe was bought from a Bata outlet but they atleast had the decency to help me with the repair and I had to pay mearly 1/3 of the price for repairs.

Please treat this as urgent and dont force me to take drastic steps
