Lee Cooper Shoes
Upper Leather got cracked

Hi,

I bought a Lee Cooper shoe fro their factory outlet in Lajpat Nagar in Delhi.

After just two months of use the upper leather got cracked and the shoe is no longer in a position to use.

I contacted the factory outlet and they asked me to visit the outlet alongwith the shoe in question. There they took the shoe for repairing alongwith the bill and gave me a receipt. After 15 days when i contacted them they are saying that the bill got misplaced and without bill it is not possible to do anything.

Due to my busy schedule even i didnot have a chance to go there as i am putting up in Dwarka but prima facie it is quite unfair on part of the company.

Please help me out if you can...
