Dear Sir / Madam,

Sub- A Humble Prayer by a deserted lady and her 4yr old kid.

It is for your kind information and valued records, that one Sri Anamitra Lahiri, son of Sri Kamalesh Chandra Lahiri, residing at 40 New Santoshpur Main Road, working / was working in Jet Air Pvt Ltd (Jet Airways Cargo), in the capacity of Senior Sales Officer, Passport No – Not known, is trying to flee from India, mis- utilizing the scope of assignments entrusted to him by his Company, neglecting and/or refusing to pay alimony, to the undersigned as a legally married wife and maintenance for upkeep of only child (4years old) born in a wedlock on Jan 1.

A case to this effect, has already been initiated by the undersigned, before the Learned Court, u/s 125 of Criminal Penal Code. I, with all my pains and burdens, apprehend that my husband is in full swing, to flee from India, suppressing any / all facts, and keeping my son and my destiny in perpetual uncertainty and darkness.

You are therefore fervently requested, not to grant any visa / any sort of permission to leave India, by virtue of which he can flee / abscond, until the disposal of the case.

I shall be highly obliged, if the prayer, made here before, be granted, to protect my Civil Rights, against the said Sri Anamitra Lahiri.
