Problem in lenevo notebook

i purchased lenevo laptop last year on 01-08. now my laptop DVD writter is not working properly

second problem is that when i am using my laptop more than 2 hour, it suddenly shutdown even if it is contineously charging and after it, if we try to start it agin then it won't start.

my laptop is in warranty period. plz replace/service it a soon possible...
