Shut down and automatically restarts

I had purchased the desktop from lennova dealer (Digital Solutions, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi) on 01/02 and from the very next day the problem started. The computer shut down and restart automatically. I requested the dealer to check the problem and he send the guy who was not trained to look into this problem. After complaining again he again sent the guy who was not aware of the problem. Ours is a tours and travel company and while making a booking computer shut down and restart automatically due to which we have lost many of our datas, It is a bad experience from such a big company who does have dealers who look into the problem of their customer.
