Poor service

I had bought a lenovo pc worth 40, 000 4-months back.the system soon encountered a problem regarding which i had login a complaint which was not responded in any of the manners.since then i have been trying to login my complaint but as usual there has been no response from company's side.though they say that dont provide service for software problems but all in all be it software or be it hardware problem but company has got nothing to do with their product once it is sold.lenovo ibm, ibm lenovo alot has been heard about these but now i have come to know where exactly they stand in terms of customer satisfaction and how reliable this company is, to be invested in.
