Lenovo notebook DVD driver not working

I bought Lenovo Y410 model on March 15 from Configure Quality Systems, coimbatore. Till now i got 2 times DVD driver not worked. Registered for change DVD driver on Jan 19 but till i didn't get any response from service center. i bought from 2 month itself DVD driver not worked. If its not working properly means then how can i use Lenovo Laptop.
