N100 Laptop does not work

Hi,

I had purchased a Lenovo N100 Laptop from Mumbai. From day one, i had realized that there was some problem with the HDD which showed excess filling up. For example there were only 2-3GB files but the HDD was almost full (30GB). and i could not copy new files on the HDD.

I had logged a complaint with Lenovo, who told me it was a Windows problem. Now who is responsible for that? They gave me the Original Windows.

I had stopped pursuing the problem but soon my laptop gave me all sorts of problems. I was told that my motherboard had conked off. I paid 15k to repair that from Lenovo service, but still the laptop doesnt work.

Please tell me, who is responsible for that?

A 70k laptop that doesnt work.
