Lenovo laptop
Insurance & Ext. Warranty Papers not recd

I have purchased the laptop on 22nd December Got the Finance from Bajaj Finance, It was told that I will get the Copy of Aggrement, Extended Warranty Papers and Insurance papers (I have pay the extra amount for this) after 15 days till date (58 days passed) I have not recd the papers.

If any accident happens who I can I get the claim & when should I get the papers.
