Poor Laptop Quality-Replacement Issue

Dear Sir,
This is to draw your kind attention to the fact that I am undergoing a lot of sufferings after purchasing a Lenovo laptop. I had to repair it 7 times in less than a year. In the last case they promised to replace my laptop if it again malfunctions, but now as expected shying away from it, since, I don’t have a written prove. I am giving you all the case-IDs, which will show that almost all hardware parts have been replaced, specially Optical Disc Drive (ODD) which cripples the machine. In spite of that at present my ODD, speaker & a key is not working.
