Leonard Water Dispenser
No service under warranty

I purchased one Water Dispenser from Leonard Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. from exhibition on 18/11 and company was offering LPG Geyaser and sandwich Maker with the water dispenser. Mr. Ravish Kumar, Director sales also agreed to supply water bottle but when company delivered the product they did not send the bottle and we paid Rs. 1000/- less for the bottle and co. aggreed to collect Rs. 1000/- when they will send the bottle. But till date I have not received the bottle after so many reminders to Company. Now the Water dispenser is not working and Leonard comapany is not repairing the same while product is under warranty and is asking to deposit Rs. 1000/- first without sending water bottle as committed by the company
