Mental Harrasement

My name is Kritika Tiwari and i was working with Lerros India Pvt. Ltd. store at The Great India Place Noida U.P. After working there for 9 month or so i decided you resign there as i got better opportunity in Adidas. After getting though all the interview's in Adidas i was at last selected over there.

But i went to my previous store for my work experience and salary slip, they told me that there is stock missing over there and hence i was told to pay 5.5k as compensation. Later i came to know that there was no such kind of issue as the monthly stock mailed to the company by the franchise owner didn't have any shortage. Still as beggar's are not chooser i accepted the fine imposed on me, but now they are refusing to give me any written document for my fine. As far as i know my store manager and company franchise are trying to make few bucks from me.

I need help and please tell me how i can do this.

I want to know the procedure for R.T.I and is it possible that i can get the details submitted by my store to the company, so i can have proof that there is no shortage of any stock.
