Letra grafix
PF not deducted

Dear Sir,

I was working with letra grafix ltd till august'09 for 6months. In my appointment letter they have mentioned 7500/- as a basic salary and also mention 12% PF on the basic. But in my 1st salary they have not deducted any PF from my account, when i asked in HR they told me that they will start deduction from next month but they same was not happened, after continue followup with HR for PF deduction one day they have given me termination letter without any reason and told me not to come office from tomorrow. As i was following up for my PF they decided to terminate and given me mail stating that its company's discretion if employee is getting more then 6500/- basic salary. Pls guide as is there any rules where employer even after mentioning the PF in appointment letter, not giving the same.
