Agrogance/no manners

I am neigbhour to one of the customer of times of india edition, on 16 feb there was courier to my neighbour from TOI, it was delivered through Sigma courier services with address mentioned on it.

the problem is that i was running with high fever, and was alone at that time, the delivery boy rang the door bell 2 times, when i opened very aggrogantly asked the room number of the receipient, i told why don't you ask to watchman the proper address, then he went.

After few minutes he was chit chatting with watchmen down stairs which i could hear it properly, and speaking about me badly.& when i told him i will complaint, he said do it.

Basically these people don't i have manners at all.
