Color of new shirt gone

I purchased a new shirt from Levi's store. color was black current. but after 3 was it start going and from the back side i saw some spots, so i stopped wearing it. now i have given the shirt to the store theya re asking me to wait for the respond form Bangalore and it can take 1 month. what should i do.
