Sir,

i purchased a pair of shorts for my son from levis store at patiala.my son tried a piece and asked for two size larger number. the salesman gave one no. large piece and assured that it will be the right size.but when my son tried it at home it was found to be tight.when i brought this fact to the notice of sales counter, the man attending the counter admitted the fault of the salesman but refused to change the piece.it is mentioned on the bill that products can be changed within a week from the date of sale and it was returned to the store on the sixth day.
