Front silver screen broken

I have purchased LG 1 ton split AC, power rating 5, in the month of November. The LG company sent people from Bhushan Electronics to install the split AC. During their installation they broke the front silver screen panel of my AC. I noticed this after 10 days time and complaint about the same, but Bhushan Electronics kept postponing the matter and finally registered my complaint after nearly 20 days. They collected the purchase receipt copy too.

When I called back they said you registered complain with us after 20 days of the installation and so we cannot replace the front screen panel. I complained about the same with LG customer service center twice, but no heed is paid till now.

Both the company as well as the service centers are now denying to replace the screen.

Kindly help me resolve this, I have spent nearly Rs. 31000/- towards purchasing and installation.
