LG 21 inches T.V
Poor custmor service

Have purchaged 21 inches color television from Pranav Electronics Opp. GNFC Tower S.G Road in March. But the first day i have one problem in T.V, It is getting self started when we swtich off T.V from remote (Note: Main AC. remains on). I have lauched complaints 3 to 4 times. Two times your technician came to my house, he has done sone setting but the problem still exist. But last time when technican came, he told me T.V needs to be take to L.G service Center as he was not able to understand the problem. That complaint was not closed by me. Still they have closed my complaint & after that i lauched complaint, noone is attending the complaint. In each services slip i have put remark T.V is under obervation. I am not able to understand company like L.G having this type of custmor support. Please solve my problem at the earliiest For your refernece in giving you all the complant number:&
