Not received the DTH connection

I am MR.Jayanth. J.K, I had bought LG 22″ LCD monitor TV from Souza Electronics, kashyap complex sullia DK 574239 KARNATAKA. I am entitled for a free DTH connection for 6 months…but its more than a month but I haven't yet received the DTH connection….I call Spectramind and they say that they have already dispatched the DTH to LG Distributor in SULLIA D K KARNATAKA …when I call LG customer care they say that they don’t know about this. No one attends the call on any of these lines…I am really frustrated about this And LG is totally fraud is what I have realized by now….please take some strict action against the company.
