I had purchased a brand new 22inch LCD TV (22LG30R) on 15th Feb.
The TV is a defected piece with a faulty display.
I have launched a complaint with the LG customer care on 18th Feb

The LG customer care sets false expectation of the time of arrival of the technician
The customer care Phoenix Electronics (Pune) is reluctant to replace the LCD TV.
The level of service I have recieved from LG so far is really very pathetic and sub-standard.
I am not prepared to accept a faulty or a repaired TV set and I would like it replaced at the earliest.
