Missing parts in ref

I purchased a new 285 Liters Refrigerator from e-zone, AB Road, Indore. It has lot of accessories missing. Person from e-zone has visited and confirmed the missing treys. I have been complainiong your office since last one month, but trhere is no reply from your office. Is it not your responsibility to help your custemor and direct your office to replace the parts. Even after repeated calls no one has yet come to install the refrigerator.
