Dear Sir/Madam,
This is regarding the LG 29 FLAT TV 29FE5AEE, which i bought in the name of B.M.Muniraju, on 06-09 around 1.30 pm from Reliance digital, No 74, Prestige Feroze, Cunningham Road, Bengalooru-560052. we received television on 07-09, at 3.45 pm, after a long wait since morning still it finally driveled. The delivery guy told us that the engineer will be coming in next 24 hour of delivery for unsealing of the package and check the television for proper functioning. After a long wait around 11 am the engineer unsealed the pack, on putting the TV on, the speaker of the new Television didn’t work, the engineer has again taken 24 hours for replacing the Television. Still waiting for the replacement of the Television.
Moreover the service is very bad, no proper communication. At present Reliance Digital (as mentioned above) has promised us for the replacement of Television and the engineer will also check it by 4pm tomorrow (09-09). If it is not done I have to cancel my purchase from your store. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
