Sirmy name is jay. i had purchased a cell costing 4999 i.e LG 6600. which is hanged and is still in warrenty but there is no responce from the local R communication. the head Mr. amit joshi is a rude person. my cell was of silver, he replanced me the cell and gave after 1 month and 7 days and still he has given me a golden colour cell which i dont want. i said him to get me silver but got rude and my cell is still not in my hand. i m very unsatisfied with the responce. hope you will take quick action. i wait 4 the positive reply. else u know "CONSUMER IS THE KING OF BUSINESS & king can go to consumer's cort
