I am in 103? C, ECC FLAT, KADMA JAMSHEDPUR -831005. I made complain to Sakchi service centre on 29-04 . They did not give me the complain number. On 07-05 they took away my AC & assure me to set it right within two days because there was problem in compressor. I contacted over there phone numbert-2437910 since morning but no one responded. When I approached to service centre one gentleman told that you ring me in the evening only then I can tell you about status of your AC. again at 2 pm i contacted over above phone one lady lifted the phone & said me that they will try to rectify the problem on wednesday i.e13-05=2009. Actually I was expecting to get on today because some guests are expected to arrive. I resquested repeatdly but they turned down my request.
