Just two months ago I am getting problem in my nokia handset mobile I was talking with my friend by nokia 3110c then suddenly my phone get switch off then i try to switch on the phone the power doesn't switch on please help me out i am living alone in jamshedpur my parents always call to me & ask about my new phone I am using my friend's phone but he is also asking for his phone i have to return it within three days.

I Give my mobile to them to repair then the he said that you will get your mobile after 25 days. That is too much time to repair my friend he got some problem in his SONY ERICSON set he repaired within three days. they are very careless. if my mobile cannot be repaired please replace a new handset to me i want my mobile in three days please help me sir i am facing a lot of problem the people of nokia care is very careless to the customers they cannot listen our problem if you will go and see their they are busy with his friends in nokia care centre or talking in the mobile they are not helping us please i request to you please send the information to NOKIA CARE it is very urgent if the mobile cannot get repaired please replace it and give new handset to me. and from my views please make the better handset that we should not complain to you and please told the people of nokia care centre to help me.
