This is extremely painful and disappointing. I am really annoyed with the way my case has been taken. I purchased a LG 2 Ton AC and was promised that my product will be delivered wihin 2 days. I kept on waiting for the whole Sunday (cancelled all my plans) without any intimation about my product's delivery time, finally somehow I managed to get the truck valas no. and he kept on saying that it is on the way, ultimately it got delivered to me at 1:05 AM (see the time).
When I opened it I found that the body of AC had cracks in it. I returned it right away inspite of the delivery boy's pressure to keep it and get it changed later.
Now again after 2 days there was no communication to me as when will I receive my new consignment, I myself called up the Croma Sahibabad (from where I purchased the product) and was answered that it is on the way and will receive it another 2 hours. Again after getting frustarted for 5 long hours I was told that now it will be delivered tomorrow.
What a ridiculous kind of service you people are providing. I am aso a TATA employee and I have never seen such an irresponsible behaviour by any of the TATA subsidary before. I cannot understand what will be the Customer Satisfaction Index if you keep on doing like this.
I will really think numerous times now before doing any purchase and will hardly advice anybody to avail your services.
