A worst dealer of LG product

We have bought a LG AC from Kalinga Sales, Bhubaneswar, Orissa a week ago. Being a best product in ACs, we decided to go for LG AC. But we never thought that LG service from any sales dealer will be so bad. Rather I must say worst. After we bought the AC, the shop keeper sent his installation man to our home for installing. He also took Rs 500 from us. But he installed it incorrectly. Now as we aret trying to get him back to fix it properly, nobody neither the hop keeper nor the installation man is listening to us. The shop keeper is saying that now we can't do anything, we have slod you the AC, now you got to that installation man by yourself and make your work done. Albeit the installation man is from that shop only. We are frustated now by going to that shop and calling them.

Plese take some serious action against this LG dealer from Bhubaneswar. Now we are so frustated that I am going to throw that AC that we have bought into that shop on his face. Before I will go for any complain at consumer court for harrasement, I thought of complaining to LG first.

I want some serious action ASAP.
